"The Staff had a lot of attitude and did not want to provide service. I was locked out of my room, as the locked was broken. I got the run around for almost a full day. No one wanted to take ownership and resolve the issue. The water activities staff showed up an hour late every day, and he gave me attitude when I asked to use the kayak. "Poolside was great! Limited seating at the pool. If you don’t get there early, you are out of luck. Views were fantastic. Staff was lovely and took good care during our staff. Facilities and room were clean. Needs renovation, modern updates."

"The Royalton CHIC is a stunning resort, however there is room for improvement. The check in and check out staff were abrupt and not at all what would be expected of a Front of Service. I felt rushed at check in and 3 inexperienced young ladies were all speaking at once. No real happy friendly hello. On check out staff member was abrupt and again not what would be expected of a 5 star hotel. The unsung heroes were the cleaners, maintenance staff and gardeners. They kept the Resort immaculate....

"Bar was not well stacked. There was no entertainment in the middle of springbreak. Some nice Caribbean music would have been nice at nights. Pastries were stale. Some Caribbean dishes and pastries would have been appreciated. "

We did some off resort adventures, but our best days were on Prickly Pear and hanging by the pool. We had a 4 bedroom unit and it was perfect. Would stay here again if coming to Antigua. "

We had to ask for sodas in the restaurant multiple times, and sometimes didn't even get them before we were done eating. The beach areas were nice. The restaurant schedules were a little strange and after a certain time, there was only one place to get food. "

Nice small swimming pool .Small shop which sells a few but not all products for self catering. .20 minute drive from airport. 10 minute drive from St.Johns. Supermarket 5 minutes drive.
