"Staff kept the coffee stocked and hot, which I appreciated. Beyond that, cleanliness and breakfast quality both kinda missed the mark for me. There was a strong presence of marijuana/other substances throughout common areas and hallways, which made it feel less clean and less family-friendly than expected."

"The mattress was sagging giving me a backache when I woke up. The towels has streaks of black dirt looks like it has not been completely washed, no Kleenex , I had to use toilet paper to blow my nose . One tiny shampoo , 1 tiny soap for 2 people to share , so I opted not to shampoo my hair . It was disappointing!!! Will not booked ever again in Red Roof Inn. This will be my first and last . "

"We had issues with elevator one only was working when we arrived other one quit and we had a handicapped person with us, when we spoke to front desk offered no assistance and ended up other guests at the hotel helped get her down 2 flights of stairs, I contacted corporate office and they told me to contact expedia"
