"We wanted something special for our last night of our 2 week road trip and we found it. A lovely place off the main road on a farm. Very comfortable beds and because of the shutters we were able to shut out the early morning sun. So we got a very good night's rest. In the morning we were greeted by our host with a wonderful basket of croissant, bread and pain au chocolat which we were able to eat on the terrace at the back. Thanks you for making this a perfect end to our holiday."

"Belle demeure de charme située au bord d'une route nationale très passante surtout dans les heures de pointe. Ma chambre était spacieuse et confortable avec une bonne literie et avec une belle salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne. Excellent petit déjeuner ,copieux et varié avec confitures et yaourts maison , charcuterie et fromages locaux,...Super accueil des proprios très sympathiques. "

"Rustig gelegen b&b, wel iets afgelegen, ongeveer 12 km van Blois, vriendelijke ontvangst, zeer ruime kamer (duplex) met terras, ontbijt lekker. Jammer dat er geen minifrigo aanwezig is. Geen WiFi op kamer."

"What an amazing location with the nicest genuine staff we’ve encountered. The Hotel Abbey has an amazing history and is like being transported back in time . Sympathetic renovations have kept the olde world charm of this amazing building with its beautiful views over the Loire river and bridge.
