"Overall, dissatisfied. The reception on the the front desk is very responsive but when you call room service they don't ever get what you want. They are very frugal about replenishing water, Kleenex, bath towels and other necessities. I would have to ask multiple times/ The sheets were not clean and the wallpaper was peeled in the room. The water in the shower was yellow and also all water in the bathroom was contaminated/yellowy. We got skin rashes and allergies due to the contamination. The...

"Location is perfect, staff are very nice and professional, the pool could be a bit better maintained, the breakfast variety was good enough, the room was advertised to have a bathtub but it didn't, however we didn't find this as a major issue. Overall a great place and worth the money spent"

"The hotel location is very good, in the very center of the old city of Beirut. The staff are kind and helpful. the room is fine but the carpet was a bit derty. The room do not even have a bottle of free water, if arrive late and tired have to go out to buy water, that's very bad."
