"I booked a room with sofa bed via Expedia but somehow I ended not getting the room with sofa bed assigned to me. Could be a confusion but hotel room staff ended up giving us a coat since we were 5."

"The room was very nasty I took plenty of pictures of the room. Staff was hard to understand, pillows were so flat and bed was very uncomfortable. Towels when touched the ground could tell floor was dirty cuz when picked up it had black spots on it. Room wasn’t even ready when we arrived at 5pm and check in was 3pm. Also should mention the tub faucet was coming out the wall"

"Where do I start..I booked this room 6 months in advance for a king with a roll in shower (handicap accessible). I show up and there are none available. Then Garrett (who was fabulous!!) tried to get things worked out. Only to find that a desk manager changed our booking ( without our knowledge) to a queen room!! Nope, not for us!!
