"There was a snag in the carpet upon arrival and the smoke detector was malfunctioned and taped to the ceiling. The carpet was not vaccumed and they charged us $100 for a snag in the carpet that was already there and said they were going to get a piece from under the bed to cover it, so they can also charge the next renter $100 for the missing carpet under the bed"
