"das Zimmer war perfekt, der Empfang herzlich und jegliche Frage wurde zur vollkommenen Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Ein ganz großes Lob an die Küche, das Essen war super gut. Habe die letzten Jahre auswärts nicht so gut gegessen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war so reichlich, das man gar nicht wusste wo anfangen und wann höre ich auf zu Frühstücken. "I am very disappointed with our stay for 2 nights. First, I arrived at 1:30pm and can’t get into front entrance door at all because I need a code which I did not receive until 2:37pm. I was waiting outside of the front door. One of the lady work happen to pass by and saw us (me & my husband) with 2 luggages waiting outside and asked why I don’t get inside and said I should receive the code which I did not. "What a fantastic place to stay! The staff really look after their guests and make you feel cared. Highlights include their spa that includes a dry and wet sauna, as well as a place to lounge. Breakfast is plentiful, and includes access to sparkling water (a personal highlight for me). "Family room was spacious for family of four. Decent breakfast. Parking was free. Only issue was with the automated check-in kiosk. It did not find our reservation. Had to call the support number to get the check-in code for the building and room since we arrived after hours. Their reception is not manned 24/7. "
