"The best part is the location beach front. The staff were not too friendly and they are good at saying no to their hotel guests. There’s construction everywhere. No reliable television service. Food is mediocre for the price. They charge for everything even for ice. They need more training in hospitality because we felt not too welcome during our stay."

We upgraded to a two bedroom cottage which had a TV but in my opinion is overpriced. The hotel is in need of renovation especially the guest rooms. The pool was empty and not available while we were there. Mgt did give me a 17%? discount for the inconvenience. The restaraunts menu had plenty of options but only had six items available."

"The staff were warm and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. However, during my stay, the room accommodation was disappointing and did not meet expectations. Instead of a proper comforter as advertised, only a thin blanket was provided, and the pillows were substandard and uncomfortable. The water pressure was very weak, and the surroundings were extremely noisy, with drilling going on during my stay. Overall, the amenities felt outdated, which significantly affected the quality and comfort...

"Staff were very accommodating & very nice too . Clean rooms & super fresh dinner menu . Though the menu is limited, the Chef was flexible & gave us options based on availability. They could expand on beverage selections & keep on hand stock . WiFi was excellent. Pool was very clean . The owners were extremely wonderful. The hotel is a great place to stay & i will return & stay there again . We had breakfast at the roof top & we also watch the stunning sunsets there . Truly a beautiful place...

"The property is very outdated and if this was somewhere else, the property would be condemed. There is mold in the ceiling. Spiders and bugs in every lightbulb. The bathroom reeked of urine and I found out that there was a leak from the toilet going to the bathroom drain when you flush. The stench was unbearable. The sink is out of alignment from the sink and draining into the bottom of the stairwell. The bed linens smelled liked they were not washed. The AC was noisy and made it unbearable to...
