"We found no detergent for dish washing. So our plates etc were only rinsed. Which made me wonder if the previous visitors only rinsed the equipment as well. Hygiene a concern. No broom to sweep up the crumbs i split out of the toaster. Mould climbing the shower recess Towel rail broken Couldnt open the door past 45d. Due to the 2 seater lounge. "Great place to stay. Pools (multiple)are gorgeous and gym is huge! Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location by the beach and shops. We had a toilet separate from the shower area and a spacious room with a lovely view of the pools and beach. "

"Bed was comfortable and looked clean. We had a bunk above a queen bed which was unexpected as we didn't need the extra bed and easy to bump your head on if you're not really careful, but wasn't really an issue. Cleanliness was pretty poor. The bedside tables, corners of the room, and the kettle were very dusty and dirty, the mirror was dirty and the shower had hairs on the floor and mould in the corners. There was also no shower curtain so water went everywhere and the towel hooks being against...

"There was no hot water for my evening and again for my morning shower. My colleague on another floor tells me his shower had no water halfway through and he had to wipe soap off himself without water. We advised reception on morning checkout and they said yes they understand there seems to be a problem. We both paid full rate for our rooms ?"

"Good for budget travelling. Not recommended for stay more than a week. No room service "
