"The room was HORRIBLE! It was the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was filthy, the tub felt like you were standing in gritty sand, the room smelled musty. The chair was old and nothing was dusted. Don’t stay there unless you’re ok with filth. The lobby was much cleaner. They only thing good about it was 1 of the employees was so kind."

"Property was an old building that had been refurbished but still had items that weren't upgraded. Such as the old fiberglass shower stall. Room smelled old. Pillows were flat. Was just ok."

"The checkin was smooth. Great location near Liberty University and shops. Male employee at breakfast area was super welcoming. Some damage to bathroom wall drywall area but otherwise very clean and well kept. Safe parking. Only down side was noisy people I could hear throw wall when trying to sleep. Thankfully bathroom vent fan helped drown it out mostly."

"Refreshments were nice upon arrival . Loved the mango water at breakfast and the staff yhwt made the lemon water was very helpful . Kitchen staff at breakfast was also so nice. All was quiet and comfortable. Could have a dark roast at bfast lol but was glad ro have good coffee"

"We walked into a beautiful lobby and breakfast area with a fountain and fire pit. We were impressed and thought we had found our new favorite hotel in Lynchburg. Then we walked to our room with carpet stains everywhere. I like a firm bed, but this one was so hard I actually thought throwing a blanket in the floor and sleeping there may be more comfortable. It’s unfortunate so much time and money was spent on the area you walk through for a few minutes rather than where you sleep for hours."

"Staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The air conditioner is LOUD and I couldn’t adjust temperature or fan settings, not turn it off. We didn’t sleep well because of the noise."

"The hotel was being renovated, but the staff and their service was great. I think when all that work is done, it will be a very nice place to stay."

"Everything was wonderful. Clean, working as expected, comfortable,. Breakfast was lovely. My only complaint was that the printer was down during our stay and I was unable to get a receipt for the dog deposit. Now I’m out $75 as I can’t get a reimbursement without a receipt. Otherwise, all was great."

"The motel advertises non smoking. However, from the second you walk in, it heavily smells of smoke through the whole place. At the entrance, there is some type of liquid being released in the air and the room had a plugged in potpourri pot going. It was overbearing in the room. All of this was to disguise the overall terrible smell. I even broke out in a rash and was only in the room for a few minutes. The bathroom also had mold in all the caulk along the shower.
