"Really enjoyed the time and we'll be back. Not sure what was going on with their housekeeping staff. First day we had to ask the desk to have the room cleaned after being gone all day and coming back to a dirty room. They apologized and sent someone up. Then the second day, they came through but forgot some of the towels, left very little toilet paper for the second day in a row. Again, we had to contact the desk. Could be that they were using extra summer staff who didn't know the routine....

"Very central location, close to shopping, parks, monuments, and the cathedral. Breakfast buffet was nice, with a variety of items to choose from. It was tricky to figure out how to get to the parking lot for the hotel under the building, but the staff was very helpful in letting me know how to get to it once we got there. The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable."

Las instalaciones bien decoradas y en la línea de los Paradores dentro de Castillos. La verdad que lo recomiendo... A veces es agradable sentirte importante y fantasear...jejeje!!! "
