"Excellent stay"

"A gem!! This place was so beautiful, and it really felt like it transported you somewhere tropical. The breakfast was great, room was awesome, pool area was obviously the really impressive bit. The hot tub could have been hotter, and it was often overfilled with children, but then I found the sauna in the gym, and that was really private and nice. "

"Our room and the hotel in general were clean and well taken care of. The hotel had a fun vibe during Ontario’s March Break, my son had a great time using all the amenities and I enjoyed relaxing in the indoor heat and humidity :) Our room overlooked the pool, and I would agree with other reviews that if you want quiet before 11pm, or later than 7:30am, it would be best to opt for a room that doesn’t overlook the pool. Staff were helpful and friendly when ai had an issue with the bank machine. "

"The pool and sauna were nice but lasted for 2 days, after they closed it for maintenance without notice, until after our departure. Our room’ phone was not working and the wall behind the bed was peeling off."

"Le déjeuner n’est pas inclus. Il y a un restaurant sur place, alors il est possible de manger le déjeuner avec frais. La chambre était assez propre et les lits sont confortables. Par contre, la salle de bain n’était pas très propre. Il y avait des faux ongles laissés sur les contenants de shampooing et rinse. De plus, le drain du bain était bloqué ne laissant pas l’eau coulé proprement dans le drain. Ce n’était pas plaisant de prendre une douche et que l’eau sale s’accumule dans le bain."

"Definitely will stay again whenever we are in the area. The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool area was really nice (almost resort like). Plus plenty of restaurants nearby including one in the hotel. Definitely can’t find better value than this place. "

"Large and clean room with lovely view of Chateau Frontenac. Walking distance to major attractions and great restaurants. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Highly recommend!"
