"The owner is very friendly. The place is vintage, so understand it's not ultramodern. It's in the style of the old motor courts. That said, the place is clean and has full sized refrigerators. The beds and the linens are new. The parking is in front of the rooms and open to the street. The motel is on a quiet street, not next to the interstate. The police station is across the road. You couldn't hear any traffic later in the night. There was a full tub and shower in the second room we rented....

"I am not a fan of the check in process that they send you a code and you can't call the office and speak to a person to make a reservation or check in. I had not gotten my code in a text like they said I would so I was trying to use the QR code on the door when a lady barely opened the door and asked if I was trying to check in. I told her I was and she told me I had a text but I told her I didn't. I proved it to her by showing her my text messages so she let me in to check in. They had...

"Check in is at 3pm we got there at 7:30PM and our room WASN’T ready. They couldn’t tell us when it would be ready, they wouldn’t call the manager or housekeeping when we asked, The front desk guy (which is in the food truck next door) was rude and/or very high. We didn’t get our room keys until 9PM. Absolutely do not recommend!"

I asked multiple room service people for toilet paper trash bags paper towels etc and none of them either spoke English or we're deaf with no translators and that's okay but when I need items then I can't get them I don't understand.
