"The Four Seasons in Casablanca is luxury at its best. The staff are attentive from the front desk, to house keeping to in room dining, every need is taken care of and you are treated like royalty. A fabulous hotel to stay in."

"This property is listed as a four-star hotel but it only deserves two stars. The hallway carpet is dirty, the walls need painting, the shower floor is slippery, very little amenities, no hand towels, only bath towels. No hooks to hang the towels, no minibar in our room (311), no list for telephone number for front desk, housekeeping, etc.. The hotel doesn’t have a room service department.
