It could have been clearer, I one of those wackos who pay attention to detail and dust on lights and baseboards is sign that cleanliness is average. It's a higher end hotel for the area , so there should be expectation of excellence they should strive to for. Also, no dress code staff is required to adhere to, it's apparent at check-in, friendly, but whatever they want to wear that day is what you'll...

"We just returned from staying at this hotel and we loved it. The hotel is very modern and chic and very clean. The hotel was very crowded but oddly enough, we never heard a peep when in our room. I will say there was only one desk clerk and we had to wait about 10 minutes just to check in. There seemed to be a large group with a kid's basketball team that were all checking in around the same time. It would have helped to have had another clerk though. All in all, I would highly recommend this...

"Room was filthy. Staff was distant and cold except one guy. Room was never cleaned in 4nights/5days they just changed towels once. Pool was closed that was one of the reasons of booking this particular hotel. Location and parking was good. Breakfast very basic. "

"the place was amazing staff was good but there was a creep that was right across the hall from us police did up end coming and taking him out. he was leaving notes to us and at out door on one knee ?!??! and leaving notes about 9ape and safe words. and then his explanation was that the age of consent is 16… i’m 22 but i was very uncomfortable and had an anxiety and asthma attack that night."

We took out TRASH TOOK OUT TOWELS Had NO Door between front room and beds Had to change 3 different times Room key rekeyed 3 times first day 2nd day Twice 3rd day once...We were LOCKED OUT OUTSIDE...VERY INCONVENIENT... I DESPERATELY NEED A 1/2 PRICE DISCOUNT..."

"Paul the inn keeper was wonderful! He showed us around when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. We even got to meet the resident pooch Yogi. ❤️❤️ We stayed in the Arbor room and it was very nice and cozy. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars and never felt like we needed to drive anywhere. Would definitely stay again. "

We reserved a two bed room with a pull out but they said when we arrived they did not have one so put us in a regular room with one king.
