"I had an absolute nightmare of a trip from Costa Rica home, including 2 missed rebooks. The front desk let me know immediately that the restaurant was closing in 20 minutes and to go there first. They allowed me to order a cocktail and place a food order 5 minutes before close. Everything was incredibly delicious and the bartender was lovely - he didn’t make it feel like an imposition. He packaged it all up for me to take to my room. I tipped him 50%. The front desk checked me in quickly AND THEY GIT ME A TOOTHBRUSH AND TOOTHPASTE!!! Mine was in my luggage - which made the flight I missed. The bed was very comfortable - and I’m picky. If I ever go back to Atlanta Hartfield - and I will absolutely endeavour NOT to - I will absolutely book a room here again!!!!"

"There Wes’s a bug in the shower, my hydro flask bottle was stole from my room, I’m almost positive, because it wasn’t in my suitcase when I came back home, there breakfast was pitiful, and their machinery was broken. Will not be returning ever again."
