When I arrived, the floor and the counter were both sticky, and I even found black hairs in my towels, which was very off-putting. There were also absolutely no kitchen furnishings- no cups, silverware, or basic items you’d expect for an extended stay. "The person at the check-in desk was extremely friendly and personable! We were originally roomed next to a guest who had several cats and was smoking, and the smells of both were very strong. The desk staff was able to move us to a different room a few doors down which was a big improvement that we were very grateful for, though we did see a staff member throw something at one of the cats which was upsetting. Breakfast was surprisingly expansive and much appreciated. "

They could not locate my reservation so I just checked into Everhome homesuites thinking there was an issue with the res . I got charged for both night even though I never checked in. "Breakfast was good variety, the room was clean but didn’t have backup toilet tissue and only half a roll when we arrived and only a few tissues in the Kleenex box. The staff was very friendly, but there was hardly anyone at the front desk and there was no bell to ring or alert someone to come to the desk for check-in and check out."
