"This is a great location for exploring Norfolk. We were only there one night but it was peaceful and accommodated all 3 of us with our dog. The owner was excellent with her communication but not at all intrusive. Nice touches like our own private garden with a BBQ where they kindly left some coals so we had the option to use it."

"Easy parking"

"1. We booked 2 interconnecting/family rooms, but one was not ready even though we arrived at 6.15pm. 2. The car park (underground) was full, so we had to park in a No Parking area. In spite of this, we got charged £24.00. I don't think I've ever been charged to park at a hotel. Let alone when the actual car park was full. 3. We booked as a family for two double beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed had not been made up."

On the other hand, the room was described as wheelchair-accessible, but it was NOT AT ALL. Bathroom so small that the wheelchair could not be turned around, so transfer to the toilet impossible. "The room was clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and polite. There is no parking for the hotel but there is a loading only bay about 20 meters from the entrance."

"Only one towel per room ! Two people sharing a room . Not a towel . Asked for a second set , seems it’s the “new” carbon footprint theme ! I’m like yeah ? I’m not sharing a wet towel . Asked for second set while we were out for the day . Upon returning no second set and had to go ask for it . Say if you don’t put out the “maid clean room sign “ they don’t clean your room . They still entered the room , not making our bed but emptied the trash bin !"

"The room was clean enough and the bed was fine but there was no soundproofing on the windows so you could hear everything outside. While attached to two pubs and a main city train station and noises went on til gone midnight. I asked about switching rooms but they were full. The lifts were all broken but reception staff didn't tell you when checking in (and they weren't labelled as out of order on day 1.) If it was a cheap hotel I would understand but it was really expensive!"

"The location of this hotel is excellent for walking into Cambridge centre. Rooms ver comfortable and staff helpful. Only drawback was an £18 per night car parking fee as we had booked through a third party and not directly with the hotel."
