"This hotel was not a 9.0!!!!!! We checked in, went to our room and at the elevator we saw what looked like it may have been a roach crawling around. When we got to our room we found cobwebs and spiders in every corner. The beds and bathroom seemed clean besides that. The pool was yellow - nasty!! We were really looking forward to a good soak. We checked out and are waiting for our money back. Young man at the front desk that helped us was very apologetic, helpful and courteous."
