"The lady at the front desk was probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was so kind and patient. She changed our room to a first floor room so my mother could have easier access due to her poor mobility. She also made fresh coffee for me and my sister. Little things like that make a world of difference! Also, when we walked into our room, we could tell it had been cleaned thoroughly. It actually SMELLED clean. You don’t always get that smell when you stay in a hotel."

There were a few things that needed repair ie the elevator button coming from the second floor, the pancake maker and the first room we were assigned was not clean. "We had a wonderful stay overnight here. The staff is very friendly, the grounds are beautiful, and the cabin we stayed in was clean and well maintained. We took our kids down to the Coldwater spring fed creek and they had a blast playing in the crystal clear refreshing water. I highly recommend staying here!"
