"This hotel was probably really nice about 20 years ago. The grounds and the hotel were kind of run down. The room was nice and clean, but thats about it. The pool was gross, with tiles missing."

"Entered to check-in greeted by a sign indicating to call “0” to have someone come up to check me in? It was around 5:30 pm which I assume is peak for check in’s? Room was spacious. TV was far too difficult to operate. Never did get to check the news. Shower head was loose. Property needs some money spent on it and soon! Parking lot newly resurfaced and looked nice upon arrival but was disappointed once inside. Probably won’t return…."

"Got in past midnight in RIC. Had to still drive 1+ HR, so decided to book this quick stay instead. To be honest I almost just drove home and forgo my night stay. It was cheap enough I wouldn't have felt too bad. I have stayed in plenty of places like these especially with the dogs, and as long as you know what you are getting yourself into it is a fine stay, low traffic area."

"Just stayed here one night for business. All I needed, clean and comfy! Easy parking and wifi. Took a grab and go breakfast before my meeting."

"The staff was nice enough but kinda all over the place as they misdirected us a couple times as we were checking in. Got snacks which were severely overpriced and wasn’t aware of until i had already paid for it. The worst thing though was waking up to ants crawling on the floor near the bed. Killed about 15 but you could see them everywhere. Not what you expect when you pay almost $200 to stay somewhere. Not sure if I’d ever come back to this Holiday Inn."

"The hotel room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was also spacious. The breakfast was OK. I figured it was gonna be much better than that, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. The most important thing which was the room. I was very impressed with very clean. The gym also was out of order that day. I didn’t ask why but everything was clean. Staff was friendly, quiet very nice. I’ll give it a 9 1/2 out of 10."
