They advised we should have had our room serviced which didn’t happen. The staff I spoke to were lovely and helpful, giving me fresh towels and the breakfast. It’s a “locals” pub so it was a bit noisy late into the night. The room was clean and the neat, the bathroom was fabulous!"

"It was an unpleasant experience at the hotel. In the end, we decided not to stay the night we paid for due to the terrible service. The room was very cold, and the heater did not work. We will not go back again."

"Great stay for a family of five in older style motel setting. Clean and comfortable and close to town. Heating worked a treat and we appreciated the electric blankets, spare blankets and pillows. For a budget family stay in Daylesford it does the job perfectly."

"What was on the Internet not the same as experienced, Take "breakfast included" Is fruit juice, cereal, fruit and coffee/tea considered a breakfast? I doubt it. This outlet on market for past two years and it was noticable. Weeds outside and inside very run down. The whole area totally "unloved" I think owners should sell and cut their losses and let someone take over and run correctly as a B&B. Service non existant and it took two phone calls to find out what was happening with our booking. Saw...

"Everything was perfect loved the views. Great way to unwind and relax. The only thing I would say is that there should be some dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes."
