"We had a really good stay overall. There was an issue with our room when we first arrived, however the staff were absolutely excellent in handling it. They were quick to respond, very understanding, and moved us to another room without any hassle. Their professionalism and friendly attitude really made a difference and turned the situation around for us. We really appreciated the great customer service and would happily stay again."

"Very clean & comfortable unit, loved the individual benches outside units & picnic tables to sit & take & take in amazing Mountain View’s from garden. Easy flat 5 minute walk to beautiful spa pools & Hanmer Springs village. Thank you for the lovely loan beach towels for the Spa. Luckily, we didn’t need, but loved the umbrellas hung outside every unit just in case 😄 Friendly owners took over Motel in October, we wish them well with their new venture."

"Our stay was very restful. A comfy bed and sofa in or 1 bed apart. A short easy walk to shops and the thermal pools. Towels provided for thermal pool visit. Kitchen area and bathroom very clean. "
