From our initial greeting from the concierge to settling our account every member of staff made us feel valued and judged the level of attention just right. The room was very comfortable - great bed, bathroom and view from the windrow. Breakfast was a treat - great variety in the buffet and hot food freshly cooked to order The hotel is a short stroll from the town and brilliantly located to explore the local area. The hotel spa facilities were also wonderful - with pool, sauna, hot tubs and...

We were looked after from the moment we arrived. There was always someone to help us find a taxi or recommend local dining. The room was incredibly comfortable. We overlooked the beautifully manicured gardens where a water feature gently lulled us into an afternoon nap on a couple of occasions. The Cellar Bar just an elevator ride away (but also accessibly from the road for friends meeting us) was a fantastic option for casual dining. The mussels served there were worth the trip to Dublin!...

This is a lovely hotel in a great location with the nicest staff. The only downside is that the floors have a couple rooms that are separated from the elevator by a few steps that make it difficult when you have a lot of luggage. That aside, the rooms are very well appointed, the beds comfortable and everything is very clean.

Excellent hotel. Close to Cork Airport and Cork City. Ideal for a relaxing break. Staff worked very hard to make one feel special. Loved the method of registering and settling the account via a personal receptionist and being sat down at a desk. The gentleman at the door was friendly, welcoming and offered advice when asked. Taxi requests were responded to promptly. The resident's lounge was comfortable, a nice retreat for a drink following a meal. Restaurant excellent for both breakfast and an...

Excellent stay at Sheen falls staff were all wonderful amazing stay.

It's a smart place to stay, everything you need obviously. I was particularly glad for the lovely terrace to sit out at the end of the day.

Beautiful new hotel with excellent welcoming staff and great food.

One night stay but wish I could have stayed longer although I had been looking for a hotel closer to Killarney centre the Fossa walk from the Hotel to Killarney (about 8 KM return) is suitable for all as it is flat all the way so good for walking or cycle and any age although day light hours more suitable, Taxi not expensive. The location is superb with views over the lake, rooms with a balcony (make sure you request overlooking the lake), breakfast superb with a good selection for all...

Lovely hotel , friendly staff, excellent amenities. We will return.

Our room on the 2nd floor was quiet. Cozy even though it was spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Down at the far end of the hall, we didn't get consistent wifi signals, but that was a nice break from the digital world too. This was the best place we stayed in during our 8 days in Ireland and we'd definitely come back here.

It was our second stay at Lough Eske; some of the staff recognised us from our previous trip. The Garden Suites were spacious, clean and luxurious. The In Room, Bar and Restaurant Dining experience were superb. All staff went above and beyond. I could praise endlessly and still not be able to convey how great the entire "product" is...Donegal is also a beautiful County.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at the hotel and we, once again, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is superbly well equipped, with breathtakingly stunning views. The lakeside room we stayed in was stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely, and were attentive, friendly and very approachable. We enjoyed an excellent buffet breakfast on each of the two mornings of our stay, as part of an inclusive package deal. This represented excellent value for...

Fabulous hotel!

I really enjoyed my first visit to this hotel and would absolutely recommend it. Staff: charming and interactive Room: spacious and well appointed with nice extras like bottled water and turn down service Bathroom: lovely extras included high quality toiletries. One small niggle was the lighting and half shower barrier so I was concerned about water spillage. Food : I felt the food in the bar was slightly over priced but breakfast ( which cost extra) was great variety and selection...

Great hotel, friendly staff, fantastic spa facilities, lovely views.

From the moment we entered the hotel and met the concierge, Teddy, until we left three days later we were made to feel special. We were helped each with suggestions of where to visit and what to see. On the first evening after a tiring trip out to Killarney, we found the atmosphere in the adjoining Irish Pub, Jarveys, wonderful and welcoming. The following day it was our 50th Wedding Anniversary and we celebrated with an excellent meal in "The YewTree" restaurant. When the staff found out...

First class hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The food was delicious and full use of the spa was a lovely added bonus.

Stunning place, clean and lovely rooms. Great breakfast.
