"Everything was great, except for the noise at 8am our first morning there. Apparently, there were repairs being made in an adjacent room. In my opinion, that should have been done at a later time so as to be less disruptive to sleeping guests."

Our only issue was 5 euro charge per towel, and even no hand towels in bathroom - paper towels would have been nice. Great location in heart of Dublin but very difficult to find with Google directions, and not good parking instructions (tho this is probably not necessary for most guests)"

What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. Their friendly service made us feel right at home. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"A PERFECT location where you could walk to restaurants, bars and so many stores for shopping, catch the Hop-On/Hop-Off Bus to tour Dublin, catch a bus to the Airport, or even ride the tram throughout Dublin. "My daughter wanted to stay in a castle but the prices didn't match our budget. I found this hotel and it was the best for both of us. The hotel is beautiful and the beds are soft and comfortable. Only downside, which would have made me reconsider staying there, is that it is a 20 minute taxi ride from city center. As much as I enjoyed the hotel, for the quick time I had in Dublin, I would have preferred to be closer."

There are no: face cloths, hand towels, conditioner, chairs, tables, floor space for luggage, counter space for toiletries, or extra towels. "When we checked in we realised the bar downstairs is playing live music everyday. We been told it will stop at 11pm and bar will shut midnight. When we came back to hotel for rest after a very long day exploring the staff on reception told us the music will stop 11.30pm.
