The staff was very attentive to our needs from the couple’s massage to a member of staff traveling to pick up my order for flowers. Food was always delicious and the grounds were clean as well. "Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. "

"The property had no running water in my room no towels desk manager did not have my reservation no wifi main lobby had 1 single light on air conditioner was minimal at best. I had reserved for 2 days but left after 1 day "

"It’s actually quite a nice hotel with a good restaurant attached. The location is great being a short walk to the castle and central Cape Coast. It was surprisingly quiet, except for the crashing waves. My room had a musty smell and there wasn’t daily cleaning. That said, I also did not request cleaning. No pool and I wouldn’t swim in the ocean. The water seems clean it’s just that the current is so strong. I would recommend this hotel."
