The shower curtain rod was broken on one end so the rod was just resting on the top of the shower tile and hung a few inches into the shower floor. "I booked an accessible room. No accessible room was available upon arrival. My husband and I both have physical disabilities so having an accessible room is of utmost importance. Front desk clerk was very unhelpful, rude, and inconsiderate. Had to go seek hotel room elsewhere."
