"All was great. Until it got to me booking my taxi to the airport. The charger $125 for the ride which was kind of steep. They asked if I wanted to charge cash or credit card. I said credit card. They agreed and further confirmed the driver will take credit card. When we got to the airport he said there was never a credit card machine and it’s only cash. Knowing this facility is extremely organized I highly doubt this was a miscommunication for the driver to say there was never a credit card...

"I didn't think the bar drinks warranted the high price they asked. Too expensive! At check out I was fine to pay our consumables charged to our room. However, there were unexplained taxes, sewage use from the city, and many other items that could not be explained to me. I want to have all of that expense up front and paid when I book the room. "Overall I’d give it 4 stars. The staff was amazing. Bell boys and the little shopping center inside the resort were awesome. Some of the downs were some of the cleaning ladies were really rude when I tried to be friendly and say good morning. We had a junior suite and the water pressure was not that great. It would turn hot and cold when it wanted to. Found a few live bugs. Spider, gnats and looked like a small beetle looking insect. Overall okay resort. "

"Excellent stay! Greeting Upon Arrival: excellent. Very nice staff Check In: smooth process. I don't know how it happened but a pleasant surprise to be VIP. Our room was upgraded to a 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen. Amenities: excellent. Restaurants for dining, pool choices, bars Quality of Food: could be better. "The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. "

"This was our first time at an all- inclusive in Cabo. We were quite impressed. First, the staff is great and very friendly, especially our concierge Tedd! He was the best and always in contact with us plus went over and beyond for my daughter’s birthday! Thank you Tedd! The food was very good and the service as well. My only critique would be some cleanliness issues around pool but other than that we had a great stay!"
