"The gym was a mini-gym; only dumbbells, a treadmill, exercise bike and kettle bells. It would have been hugely beneficial to at least have a bench. I was not informed prior to arrival, either whern booking or even days before that the pool would not be available, and had to ask at reception if I could use it before I was told it would not be possible. In addition, I booked a double room which ended up as two twin beds. The breakfast range could have been better (and warmer). However, the staff were very friendly upon arrival, and everyday upon returning to the room, the room was clean with fresh towels."

"We recently stayed at NH València Centre with our dog and had a mixed experience overall. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it is advertised as dog-friendly. However, while dogs are permitted in the hotel, they are only allowed in the bedroom and not in any public areas, including the bar and restaurant. We understand that in Spain it is fairly common for dogs not to be allowed in the main restaurant, but in our experience, most hotels will at least permit dogs in the bar area for dining. As a result, we were unable to eat at the hotel without leaving our dog alone in the room, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the gentleman who appeared to be managing the bar was quite rude and dismissive when we tried to discuss the situation. In contrast, the receptionist was exceptional — she genuinely tried to help, was very understanding, and apologised sincerely for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. On the positive side, the hotel itself was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very good. The location is also a real advantage for dog owners, as the hotel is situated next to a large park, making walks very convenient. Overall, while the hotel has several strengths, the restrictions around dogs and the lack of flexibility regarding dining arrangements made the stay less convenient than we had expected for a dog-friendly hotel."

"The hotel looks a lot newer and more prestine in the video and pictures but in person it felt a little older. Upon arrival I waited in line to check-in and other guests just kept joining the person in front of me with other queries and the receptionist didn’t see to acknowledge this. It was a little frustrating considering I’d been travelling and just wanted to check-in. No one helped with the bags to the room. Not sure if it’s too much of me to expect but it is a 4-star hotel? Room was fine and similar to photos. Curtains were cut and had holes. Cleaners were amazing! Thank you so much! I had totally forgot the hotel had a swimming pool and sauna so would’ve been nice to be shown around or reminded by the receptionist. At check-out my flight wasn’t for a couple hours so they were kind enough to let me keep my bags there "
