"At check-in, the gentleman said I see you have a request for a first level room floor but there’s none available. I’m sorry. But he put me on the top floor and the room was in a back corner where we couldn’t even get the luggage cart down we had to take our suitcases off the luggage cart and carry them down to our room. The place stunk so bad of a high perfume me strong scent very toxic spelling you couldn’t get any fresh air. The air conditioner did work well so that kind of help with the air...

"I have a 50/50 feel about this property for it to be such a pretty location I found it to be very dirty! A lot of the furniture was stained from the room couch to the furniture in the lobby! I didn’t like that at all!"

"I had a good stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Indianapolis. The breakfast was decent and convenient, and the location was great with plenty of restaurants and places within walking distance. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a good option if you want easy access to nearby spots."

"Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in-including the doorway to the bathroom which is odd. Housekeeping was awful. Room service quick, but food was terrible."

"The room was clean but there was no way to turn down the AC. The staff also accidentally overcharged us, and although they did fix it when we brought it up, it did make me a bit nervous that my friend would not get their money back! Overall not bad, but not sure if I would go back."
