"We will never stay at another type of hotel again. Drury is where it is at! Every single staff member from the front desk, to house keeping, to food service was amazing, polite, and friendly. The breakfast had a great selection, and 5:30-7 had free drinks and dinner. We saved so much money on meals for my family with the evening meal there and they prepare everything fresh. Our room was clean. The only thing that was not ideal we had to park a block away in a different parking ramp and it...

"We were there on a vacation. Stayed 6 nights. The staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean. The breakfast was very good and a variety. Nice to see staff cleaning the elevator buttons, rail & washing the big garbage cans, cleaning the tables in the dining area. Host would greet you when goin the dining area. Close to a lot of shows and activities. Been there before and will stay again the next time we come to Branson. "

"Beautiful old hotel, but could use some refreshing; not that anything was tattered looking, but definitely dated. Staff was wonderful, especially Ben. Slightly disappointed when housekeeping overlooked our room one day, after a few different requests. Also disappointed that the bar and restaurant hours were very limited at this time of the year. The location was great and the views were stunning! Overall I would recommend this hotel!"

"Room was nice. Bathroom was great in the suite we had. I think the best part was the breakfast. Made to order omelets and waffles. We stayed here to see Zack Bryan in concert. It was a drive to the Americas Dome but we liked this hotel. We will be staying here anytime we come to St. Louis."

"Room was ok at first glance. Splatter stain on wall next to bed. No tp Surfaces where dusty. Oh, and moldy bag of Tamalies in the mini fridge, which was warm. Carpet needed vaccuumed. But... THAT shower was amazing! Dining was ok. Hit 4 of a kind at the heads up hold em so theres that. Morning coffee was $8 and change... whew. $12 amnenities charge. Includes 2 small bottles of water and one coffee pod. Another... whew. Felt nickel and dimed. Will we go back. Think we'll check out other options."

"Great resort with a full game room for the kids. Outdoor pool area was closed seasonally, but the indoor pool & hot tub was more than adequate. Very friendly helpful staff!"

"Staff was great. Lobby area was great. As far as my room there could have been some improvements. Looking at it briefly it’s looked nice however after actually staying in it there were def some issues. The shower door didn’t close all the way. There was lots of stains throughout the room on the rug, curtains, and the wall as if something splattered in numerous spots. "

"We enjoyed our stay a lot the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and our kids ages 8 and 4 had a great time we rented the clubhouse room and I recommend that for any one with kids. My girls loved having there own little house and it came with a TV in there for them. Room was very clean the pool was nice as well as the water park. The only thing I didn't like was paying full price for breakfast after spending 575 on the room for two nights, it would have been nice for a free...

"Posh hotel in excellent venue location. Stayed for the Big XII basketball tournament and this hotel is 5 blocks from the venue. Easily walkable. Parking, food, gift shop is all very pricey, but expected with this level of hotel in a downtown location."

"This was a perfect location! We took our 2 year old to a Blues game and to do lots of activities at union station. We were able to walk there, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, our room was very hot - the thermostat said 78°. The first night we just dealt with it, but since we were paying a decent amount and staying another night I decided to ask for it to be looked at or possibly change to a different room. They said they didn’t have another room, but got someone from maintenance right...
