"The toilets and showers were very clean! The pod was also as we expected. The only thing we disliked was that the ventilation in our pod wasn't working correctly, so it got very hot in there and we also got headaches in the morning. In general it was a great experience, but due to the poor ventilation, I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The location is also very central in Rotterdam, so it is easy to walk around in the city."

"It is reasonably well located in the city. The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Towels were small. Air con was a bit tricky to control. Breakfast was a self serve nightmare with a limited mix of packaged foods, a single coffee machine for a large crowd. You pay by the item with a self serve machine which is not easy to navigate. "Room was an an absolute pleasure!! Good sized bath + separate shower with separate rainfall head. Views over Rotterdam from the room are AMAZING!! you could happily sit by the window & watch time go by, but exploring central Rotterdam is a must. Staff are very welcoming & accommodating. Always a pleasure to stay here!!"

"When we checked in we indicated we had been up for over 30 hours and were very tired. We were given a room with a lounge above and all we heard for hours were the scraping of chairs, so needless to say we didn't get any rest."

We also liked the lockers (free of charge), since it helped a lot that we didn't have to carry our luggage around in Rotterdam. "Two people at the reception lied to my face. Because of this, I had to pay 20 euros I could have saved if it wasn't for this lack of communication. When spoken to the other receptionists and even the manager, they didn't care. They were laughing and only cared about getting 20 lousy euros. This costs a client and potential new clients. Specially if you demonstrate you only care about money and not clients. Makes no sense. Awful customer experience, I'll never return."
