"There were signs of bed bugs in the room. I found bed bug feces under the sheets of the bed as well as blood on the wall. After discovering this I immediately packed up and checked out almost immediately after checking in. I had to book 2 new hotels and the property and Expedia weren't helpful for a refund so I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

"The staff are very helpful and accommodating. However, the mattress and the pillows are not really comfortable to sleep in. The pillows look fluffy but very flat once your weight comes in. It feels like not having any pillow at all. One of the bed sheet has an attached adaptor on it. I think it got stock there during the laundry and drying process. Moreover, we are only given one card to access the room and the toilet just outside the room. I think it will help if we are given at least 2 cards...
