"The staff was great even before arrival. There was a transit strike the day of our arrival and I was notified by one of the staff members via message in regard to that and they offered to book us a taxi from the airport to the hotel. That worked out perfectly! They were all very helpful with any questions we had and sight seeing suggestions too. The room was clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable as well. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Amsterdam!"

"Lovely hotel located at an amazing location. Access on the doorstep to train, metro, bus, and trams. Hotel room was so lovely and perfect for what we needed. Continental breakfast was really good too! Great wide selection of meats, cereals, yogurt, with toppings and hot drinks too. Special shout for having cocoa for hot chocolate! Dominic from Belfast in the breakfast team was absolutely lovely and a real pleasure to meet and talk to. It was fab!"

"Very much enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very spacious with a good sized bathroom. The location was excellent being literally a 5 minute if that walk to the train station and a further 5 minute ride into the Amsterdam central. The staff were very helpful and being able to hire bikes was a nice way to see different parts of the city. The gym was also a nice size to get a quick morning workout in. Although our stay was short and wish it was longer we definitely recommend staying here if you...

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have free guest laundry service at the ground floor (-1) which fits our needs. Free coffee and tea and upon request for more. Bathroom is clean and high basin for tall people like us is perfect."

We had the family room with two kids, so when the overhead lights went off, the bunkbed corridor felt very dark and creepy.
