A Wonderful Stay at Golden Grain Beachfront Hotel! We truly had a fantastic stay at Golden Grain Beachfront Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed every moment. It was such a lovely experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better beachfront holiday. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always on point, making us feel well looked after and helping to make our holiday even more special. The beach was...

Had a lovely stay. Staff was very helpful and informative

I spent 2 nights at Menta City hotel with my husband and 2 teenage children in Aug 2024. Our room was clean and spacious. The roof top breakfast was delicious, with stunning views. The walk to the old town was around 15 minutes. We loved the restaurants and browsing the many shops.

Located in the centre of the historic region. Close to all you would like to see especially on a first visit. Hotel itself small and quirky, unusually and interestingly decorated. Breakfast on the terrace a highlight with fresh local produce.Staff attentive and helpful. Special mention for Evie and Johnny who made our visit all the more enjoyable with information and assistance on things to do and see. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely , well appointed spacious room Staff charming

From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted by such friendly staff,we were suprisingly upgraded to the most beautiful room- what a treat. The hotel is a beautiful old building ,in the perfect location in the old town.beautiful breakfast.Frre bottels of water replaced daily and numerous lovely tioletries. But what makes this place is the staff- they cannot do enough for you,but are also friendly and fun and really make you feel at home.we stayed for 3 nights and were sad to leave such...

Excellent and well worth it. Loveky staff, and modern rooms

This was our first trip anywhere in Greece. We chose Plakias on the south west cost of Crete, and I'm so glad we did as the weather was stunning, for October, as was Crete itself. The Sea View apartments were a lucky find, too. They are clean, modern, light, good value and have a view of the sea, as the name suggests, which is about a three minute walk away. The staff there are friendly and cheerful. We had the ground floor corner apartment which also gave us a secluded sun terrace, in addition...

Excellent accommodation, close to Chania if you have a car, and close to the hotel that operates the villas. Very spacious villas, pool, very good views from the balcony. The mini-kitchen and the big fridge were very welcome - enough to cook a quick meal and store whatever you bring from the city and surrounding areas. The cleaning staff are very attentive, and seem to always be in a good mood - adds positively to the atmosphere. You can make use of the hotel services like spa/massage. You...

Our stay at Maison Meltem in Crete was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who truly made us feel like part of their family. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made our time here really great. The property itself is beautiful — stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. But the real magic is in the breathtaking view — overlooking the sea, it’s simply spectacular. We spent hours just admiring the...

This hotel is perfect for a quiet, luxurious getaway. Everything is very modern and clean, the staff are so lovely and go to such lengths to make your stay as comfortable and lovely as possible. The grounds are so beautiful, the pools are lovely, the sunbeds are very comfortable, and you are literally on the beach front. The wifi is probably the only thing which could be improved, so this is not a place you can work from. But the perfect place to switch off, relax and unwind.

great.

Beautiful peaceful hotel, and yet in the middle of all of the best of Old Town, literally restaurants and bars everywhere with huge cross section of prices. Our favorite Castello a couple of minutes away All staff very helpful and courteous at all times. Eleani on reception always will go the extra mile for you. My only criticism is that room 10 was rather dark .

Was beautiful, breakfast was lovely and staff were kind.

We had a town view room but it was still lovely. and the room was nice and bright. The breakfast was very rich, enough to fill your eyes. Also a lovely restaurant and bar. The service was very considerate and the staff were fantastic. Also the hotel itself provided excellent arranged day trips all over the island for a small fee, where we were collected from the hotel. If we go back to Iraklion again we will stay at this hotel AGAIN. Within walking distance, or a short bus ride, either a tour...

This hotel could easily be a 4 Star. Free parking and only 2-3 km away from town. Hotel also offers a free shuttle to the town until midnight. Eva was outstanding every morning as she welcomed us with a smile on her face and very polite. Lady at reception was also very helpful, overall all the staff try their best to provide you best service. I enjoyed my stay and will be visiting Chania again and most probably stay in the same hotel. Fitness centre need attention as not everything is maintained...
