"Had to change rooms which took 2 days to arrange as the first room I would rate as 1* with very outdated amenities and bathroom not fit for use. Changed room was slightly better, but wouldn’t return to this resort."

"Overall we had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. We stayed in a Gauguin Suite, which felt more like a private villa than a hotel room. "It’s off season and it may have been better for them to shut down. Room was clean when we arrived but never got cleaned in the 3 days we were there. The pool could have used a cleaning. The room came with breakfast, but, the cook didn’t show up, had to cook our own eggs. The guy and his family were really nice and we enjoyed talking with them."

Able to walk to the beach just be mindful coming back is uphill. Not many choices of restaurants but they will call a taxi for you. "Nestled into a quiet part of the country and good views of the sea. Room was nice and spacious, albeit a bit antiquated. Limited dining options next to the hotel so plan ahead. Kitchen requires you to plan a bit ahead for dinner, especially if its going to be late. I drove to the place so it was OK to get to and from the hotel but I can imagine would be difficult witha taxi. Staff was nice and accomodating."
