"My room was spotless ,staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, bed was a dream,meals were perfection,breakfast was of the highest quality,it was christmas party time so extremely busy but that did not take away from the service of staff ,well done to all the staff amazing"

"Lovely location, rooms and buildings. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the gardens and park are gorgeous. Welcome and service excellent. We stayed after a visit to Longleat and it was the perfect relaxing stop after a busy day. Only thing that could have made it better would have been if food and drinks were available there in the evening, the cafe closes at 5. We drove to Frome and had an excellent meal in Little Walcot. "

"What a find ! Gorgeous 16th Century Farmhouse B&B. Fantastic that the wonderful hosts Sharon & Paul are fully dog-friendly - as I was on a solo short break with our younger dog, we were both made welcome. Lovely clean, nicely decorated spacious room. Bonus of a fridge with water & a small glass bottle of proper milk ie not sachets etc, to go with the well stocked courtesy tray. Lots of little touches, like various "I've forgotten" items, wine glasses, glass tumblers & corkscrew ... even a hair...

"Clean room and very well appointed.
The staff could not do enough for you. They let me check in early and even brought dinner to my room when I requested it. Dog friendly. Parking available right outside.
The food is lovely too.

"The lady who checked me in was excellent, very courteous and helpful. Amenities were very good, and room was clean. Bed was comfortable, my pillow was too soft, but that is a personal observation and choice.
Overall an excellent choice!!"
