Second, was the breakfast was not inside the property and I booked for family of five that is two adults and three children but they are giving us just two coupons for breakfast and I was spending extra 40 dollars each day to buy breakfast for the kids. Third, no one show care or concern about the situation."

"For any out of town guests like my wife and I were, be weary of how loose this hotel uses the term “boutique.” The hotel is actually a rebranding, and the building itself has been there for decades, and the cracks are starting to show. For example, we had a “non-smoking” room, but the hallway and interior of the room still smelt of stale cigarette smoke.
