"It was like stepping into the Wayback Machine and returning to the Gilded Age of the late 1800’s. The architectural features (hexagonal bathroom floor tiles, steam radiators, vaulted ceilings with crystal chandeliers, framed historical photographs of the area, etc etc). You get the idea. "The room with kitchen was great. All the facilities inside were very nice. Outside could use some landscaping, and a little paint. There is lack of clear instructions upon arrival. Recommend calling the owner in advance to avoid confusion. We would stay there again. Lowing of the cows is very restful."

"My husband and i went away for a few days and stayed at Sherwood Motel. Our room was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable. Although, i felt more towel hooks would have been nice, it did not hinder our stay. Would definitely stay again!"

"Check in info sent by email self explanatory. Room was beautifully appointed with a lovely bath that had everything you could want. Even a little private porch to relax on. TV was easy to use and provided lots of cable channels to surf. Walking distance to quaint downtown area with several eateries and shops. AND a movie theater! "

"The place was wonderful and the owner was accommodating. Beds comfy, loved the outside furniture. The only downside was it was advertised as a 2 bathroom place but there is actually only one bathroom. "
