"Staff really went out of their way to make guests happy. Nothing was too difficult. The property suited my needs very well; comfortable, plenty of space to relax, homely, safe and clean with staff on-hand to assist if required. I'd stay there again."

"Pretty good the staff was nice they help very well. Breakfast was good. Definitely will book it again. You get what you pay for it’s not a 5 star hotel. I was pretty much out all day. You need somewhere to lay your head and enjoy The views of Tonga."

"Lovely place. Beautiful view of seaside. 10 minute walk to downtown. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Found an excellent tour guide listed by the establishment. You can conveniently rent a car on site if you want. Nice Italian restaurant on site which also serves fresh fish of the day. I give this place my highest recommendation."

"Mandala Resort was everything my husband and I were looking for and more. This is a very high end spa resort without the high end price. "This was a last minute booking made when our preferred booking was cancelled, after being confirmed more than three months earlier, apparently due to overbooking??? On arrival, the toilet was broken and dirty. The room wasn't secure as a window locking mechanism was broken. And, for most of our stay the internet wasn't available.
