However this hotel got geographic advantage. If you booked and did not stay. You cannot find anther hotel or lodge easily nearby. I recommend Nearby Comfort Inn. Not this one."

"The hotel and room were dirty. Mold in the bathroom and the bed sunk in the middle. Nicotine stains all over the walls and ceiling in the room. Walls and floors dirty throughout hotel."

"We were told that there maybe ants after we checked in. There were. Air-conditioning was not useful the room was very hot. I love giving mom and pop establishments a chance. This one needs a little work. It was a place to stay and we had a bed. Thats all I can say!"

"Although the room was nice, the AC did not work and when the front desk was notified at 2 am, they had no resolution. Had to suffer and sweat all night! In the morning the front desk offered to send technician. Technician couldn’t fix anything because the rooms on the first floor just don’t cool well. Ended up checking out and requested refund for the one night stay."

"Perfect location on the Kaweah River, rapids surging right below the restaurant/deck. Small, independent run hotel from a bygone era...a little long in the tooth but a very pleasant stay. Great staff, great bar, restaurant really does well and the food is excellent. Prices for rooms and the restaurant are pretty high, but understandably given the limited season. Would I ever stay there again? YES...I really enjoyed the place, the food, and the staff."

"The place it’s pretty and the lake view was good but the cabine was so dirty, the bathtub was nasty , the bed smell and the sofa too . Overall I think if they clean a little bit more deeply will be helpful and healthier"

"Room was very clean and smelled nice. I really like the front desk they are really nice. The only downside was some people stand on the side walk and don't allow others to pass. Also near the non smoking area people were smoking. It's just a little bit bothering because we have asthma. Thank you. Everything else was a good experience."
