"The hotel is average in general, but it seriously needs some maintenance and updating to a more current look. Rooms are large and has all the usual. Strange though that there are no insect screens on the windows and there is hardly any place to work in the room. The service is good and friendly. The food in the restaurant is barely edible and I would definately give this a miss."

"Lovely sanctuary from the dusty streets. Great pool and gym , and I could see a good basketball and several tennis courts. The pool gets busy in the afternoon, but a nice relaxed atmosphere. Good breakfast buffet and egg station. Ok restaurant- Indian influenced- would love to see more local dishes! Matoke please! Room spacious nice and clean. Good TV - lots of ways to watch the World Cup , Wimbledon, The Tour, F1, Athletics etc! Shower was ok but not always hot water. Staff were very friendly...

"Room lock was broken, towels are stained and torn, only hot water worked on the bathroom sink. If you’re visiting from outside Uganda, I’d only recommend it for convenience at a low price. Otherwise there are better options. The service is good. I made my complaints to the receptionist and they fixed what they could."
