"On our check-in, the front desk had a strong smell of marijuana. The desk manager appeared to be under the influence of marijuana. He had been smoking with another employee out front as we entered. Our room was not serviced after our first night. The desk manager said they could not clean our room because the cleaning staff was gone for the day. (this was about 3:30 in the afternoon.)
