My Bose earphones were stolen from my room, and they were not left out in the open — they were buried inside my fanny pack, which was inside my duffel bag. Someone clearly went through my personal belongings. I also found my things shuffled around in a way that made it obvious my bag had been opened. "Had a lovely experience at the hotel. Everything was perfect but what really stood out for me was the professionalism and friendliness of literally all the staff. From the courteous reception staff, the ladies at the other desk who where very kind and patient in helping me with suitable tours to book, the cleaners who were always very polite and friendly and the staff at the outdoor areas who where just exceptional as this is where I spent most of my time at the hotel. "Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und haben einen Kühlschrank. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Es stimmt, was in anderen Bewertungen steht, dass unten auf dem Platz Markt ist und morgens sehr früh aufgebaut wird , ich fand das aber eine sehr schöne Geräuschkulisse. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, hier sollte jeder etwas finden. Es gab auch vegane Milch. Auf dem Dach ist ein winziger Pool, aber ganz nett , wenn man noch mal draußen sitzen möchte."

Filled in the form but there was no breakfast to take away. The receptionist was confused and took our details and promised communication. Until date no communication.They could atleast have communicated or refunded our breakfast. Apart from this the place is amazing and its very convenient."
