"This was the least expensive hotel i could find in Wollongong so it was pretty good for the money. Good shared bathroom. Great shower. Needs soap in the bathrooms. Bedroom small tidy but very smelly. I cleaned the remote control with a towel and it was very dirty. Water pipes very noisy. A lamp and a box of tissues would be good in the room. Staff were very nice. I went to get some milk and the young woman at the bar was straight onto it. "

The property advertised the rooms as being recently refurbished. While the room appeared clean and tidy on arrival, there were numerous maintenance and safety issues that significantly impacted our stay. "First off, the reception greeting was good very polite. But ask them something out of the ordinary and you get a blank stare. No comprehension of what you are asking. The manager says things are available to you, but the front desk know nothing about it. Keep in mind that there are new owners now who are doing catch ups in quite a few areas. On the surface everything looks clean spotless and tidy. But behind those washing machines, toilets and dyers are months of dust, powder and assorted...

"Along with the property being absolutely fine we were pleased to be so close to the Harbour front. The cafe on site was very nice - the whole stay was very nice. Highly recommend this place 😁"

"The propert is basically a pub. The rooms are functional but well appointed. There was little to no noise from the pub on Saturady night. The pub had a good kitchen with enough choices to eat and prices quite reasonable. Plenty of parking out the back. A good low key place to stay outside the cbd and beachfronts. Equi-distant from about all attractions. Good value for money."
