"Ad did listed as whole house. Only renting rooms. Pool dirty. Wasn't cleaned until the next day. Ice machine on fidge broke no ice in the house. No hangers in closest, carpet dirty, not enough parking for guest. Had to move cars constantly. Only stayed because I rented for two nights. Also no benches or stands for luggage. No sitting chairs in the room."

Actually, there is, but there are very few spaces considering the number of bedrooms and guests the house accommodates. "I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere.
