"Room 305 has a shower drain clog, low water pressure & virtually no hot water. I alerted the staff to the drain clog, when I returned that evening the drain was unclogged BUT they left a sopping wet, filthy towel on the shower floor covering the drain, which was now missing the cover ! I wasn’t even OFFERED a room change, I had to insist on one ! No “Quality” here"

"Went here for my anniversary and had a great time! The staff were all so nice. I let them know it was my wedding anniversary and they left us some goods & decorated our bed as a nice welcome. It was so cute & we truly appreciate everyone who had a part in the set up! It is in a great location very close to a lot of restaurants, bars, & shops. The valet workers were also very nice and worked super hard getting each car out in a timely manner. This place is also very dog friendly and every worker...

"At face value, the property was nice. It's in a good location, the service overall was very good, and their restaurant was also very good. Really the only issue was the strong musty smell in the room. We checked as soon as they got the room prepared and there was really not much of a smell. Then we returned to the room that evening, As soon as we opened the door to the room the musty smell was overwhelming. The next morning, I addressed it with the desk. They were very nice, offered to...

"We had a nice weekend today here. The room was bigger than I thought. They had blackout shades in the windows, but they were not big enough to block light on either side. The bathroom and room was very clean. However, the tub needed to be refinished and there was water dripping, and it was very slippery as it was a clawfoot tub shower. There were a few ants in the room. Our room was very quiet. We were on the second floor. However, if you are on the first floor and staying near the lobby, which...
