"Dennis runs this place mostly by himself and he really works hard and does a nice job. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed but it's not a deal-breaker especially when you see how hard Dennis works. The actual room does look a little different than the pictures posted. I had different expectations. But all around it is a good place to stay and you can't beat the area! Also he makes a really delicious breakfast!"

"First impressions were slightly underwhelming as the property looks somewhat worn from the outside, though ongoing renovations explain this. My room was decent and the basic amenities met my needs. The breakfast space is undersized relative to guest capacity, leading to frequent congestion during peak hours. That said, the location of the place was nice with lots of walkable places to eat and shop. The customer service was good, the staff was attentive and accommodating."

"We had a great two night stay. The beds were clean and comfortable, the temperature was easily controlled, and the full-sized fridge and cook top were super helpful! Great bathroom too with a full sized shower!"
