This independent motel was nicely maintained and met our needs for a clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe place to stay while visiting the nearby Frank Lloyd Wright estate. It was a charming place at which we would stay again if in the area.

The motel is a little old achool but I really liked that about it. The room was very clean and the bed and chair were very comfortable. The owners were very polite as well. It was very quite also, I would definitely stay there again.

The motel was just outside of town and across the road from The Military Ridge Bike Trail. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the mini refrigerator with freezer worked very well. The price was great and staff was on-site and helpful. This is not a fancy place but was just what we were looking for.

Overall, I am very satisfied. It was an inexpensive stay in an area with no other nearby motels, The room was clean, the check-in easy, and staff helpful and quick. The bed was comfortable. It is an older motel with basics: king bed, two small pillows, soft, clean bedding, no noise or any safety or other issues, a microwave, small fridge, coffee machine. Parking in front of the room. Looks like owners or managers live on the property and make sure it's taken care of despite the remote location. But also, adjust your expectations: small bathroom w/tile shower, one outlet under the mirror light, no closet (a few hangers on a wall rack), no iron. All in all, I would stay here again for the next event at the Folklore Village 9 min away.
