"Lovely apart hotel in Dolonne, a quiet location. The rooms are excellent, spotless and so very comfy. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Only a couple of negatives, one is the ongoing works which means workmen start at 8am (on one day it was 7) and continue through to usually 5pm but one night it was 8pm. "Beautiful old building with wonderful views. The staff are genuinely friendly rather than just professionally courteous. For those of us arriving after a long day's drive across France, the restaurant is a godsend. The menu is small, but the food and wine excellent, and it's such a relief not having to get back into the car to go in search of dinner. A good sturdy breakfast sets one up for the long drive south."
