"Staff was welcoming and helpful. Also place was easy access to everything. However, the floor in the stairwell is slippery. My sister in law slip and almost rolled down the stairs. Our room was on the second floor but it was wood. My suggestion is to put a non slippery rug or carpets in the stairwells. ..."

"Loved staying here as it was a block from Calle Cristolgo and the plaza for shopping and dining. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great view from the rooftop bar for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of site seeing."
