"I am so glad we stayed three nights at this beautiful property after experiencing the majesty and life of Valencia and Madrid. "We had an amazing stay. Liz at front desk was super nice, helpful and patient. She answered all our questions and made our stay super pleasant. If we ever go back, we would definitely stay there again."

"Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception. We had to call their number to get someone to let us into the hotel, as we had arrived later than 11:30 pm. Make sure to consider this when and if booking. Room was okay, but walls were very thin and noise can easily go to other rooms."
